HL2: Lost Coast AMD processor problems

I got AMD x2 3800 (2ghz)
2Gb RAM
EVGA 7800GT CO video card

I can play DOD:S no problems on high setting but the HL2: lost coast says that my processor (2ghz) is under system requirements and allows only to download the DEMO... I cant bypass that screen!!!! it drives me nuts. BTW, the demo plays fine.

It will let you play LC if you own HL2, it should also allow you to bypass it, I did it with this pc.

It just does a check on frequency and doesn't look at your CPU model, Ignore it. And Lost Coast demo? That short lvl is lost coast.

nope it tells me only to run demo, no button to avoid it. Either demo or cancel.

Lost Coast is just a single level and it's called "The Lost Coast HDR Demo", as far as I recall. If you're looking for some new single player episode, wait for Aftermath. That's the expansion we're all waiting for

Lost Coast was made just to show off HDR and more High Res Textures + More Polygons etc..
