HL2 maps in portal!

I was messing and decided to copy a HL2 map into the portal maps directory. It works although there is no sound (there is captions although alyx is just about to say something):

You have to enter impulse 101 for the portal gun but it also gives you Health meter and everything.

can you put alyx through the portals?

i tried, but it's hard, she walks fast and you cant shoot one driectly underneath her

I tried running through HL2 from the start with the portal gun, however the game crashes when I reach the see-saw puzzle.
