HL2 Mentioned in G4TTV

Today's "The Screen Savers" on G4techtv were the first, that i had seen, to say on TV that hl2 was gold. Props to them

If G4 didnt have all those crappy shows that you have seen a million times over, I might actualy try to watch it. I like screensavers tho, but havent watched any episodes for a while

When they firstt merged it was lame--they werent making any new shows, now its better--but they need to get rid of shows like judgemant day and filter

At least now they have new episodes of TSS xplay and cinematech

they need to show "Icons" more... that show owns.... i hate "sweat" and "filter" and "CINEMATECH!" (god damn do i hate cinematech)

Icons is the best thing that they brought to TTV--I like cinematech, sweet jesus was the onimusha 3 cinematic awesome--it seems kind of like a comercial show, but i like watching games be played

Cinamatech is the crappiest show that ive seen on there, but i would rather watch that then the show where this loud guy goes to a sports event, and starts yelling out at you "MADDEN ROCKS! WOOO PLAY IT BABYYYY!" (aka Sweat), or watch a review show where the guy complains about spongebob sqaurepants being to kiddish. (aka JudgementDay) so, technically im wrong when i say its the worst show on there.

Judgement day is awsome. Because they actualy review the games well, they don't nitpick like in X-Play.

IDrops stopped because they couldn't get enough animations to play.

Thanks lol, i forgot the name of that stupid show. i hate the line at the end of the show, "when ever your feeling down, pop in the god mode and keep on cheating!" (or something like that)

it's also one of the stupidest! who the hell is going to watch a 30 min program to see a few codes from random games when you could go to gamefaqs.com in less than 5 seconds! the host is also really really annoying!

G4 has a lot of crap to contribute to TechTV:
Pulse - News we can get from a website without some dumbass co-host? No thanks, dorks.
Filter - A top ten show with a woman as eye candy? No, not even if she wore a bikini every episode.
Sweat - If I want sports games, i'll check out reviews elsewhere.
Cinematech - It's only trailers and cinematics from games that lack in gameplay. What a waste of 30 minutes.
Players - I don't care if celebrities play video games, not even if their movies have been turned into video games.
Cheat - Lame latent homo host giving us cheats to games we can find through a simple Google search.
G4TV Retro - 3 hosts act obnoxous to cover up their geekiness with games while answering n00bs' questions over the phone.... I hate you G4...

Now they brought in a couple of good shows (from Canada actually):
Electric Playground - Like X-play without that dork Adam Sessler. Tommy Talarico and Victor Lucas are both awesome in this show.
Reviews on the Run - This segment used to be in Electric Playground, but it got put into a whole new show just so they can go more in depth into new games. Tommy is a bit biased, often giving harsher reviews. Victor is more open minded, giving bonus points for originality.

Its good to see that Xplay actually got good writers, they have made me laugh sometimes in their recent episodes... i hate JD and EP, i think that tommy is really annoying, they try to be funny...and fail horribly, victor is better--but they lack the personality that Xplay has

I hate every show from G4 except Pulse and Icons. Pulse has news thats a little old some times but that was where i first heard about Katamiri like 4 months ago so it's good in my book. Icons is just fun to watch. BUT every thing else is dumb. thats its, everything else from G4 is dumb.
