As a long time lerker and friend of coolio, this forum has gone way down hill. Back in the day there where a lot of members and everything to talk about. The greatest part was that is was during the summer.
I don't know what to do guys. Maybe we should put up an advertising aperendum. We are strong together! Just as a brain is a terrible thing to waste, so is a hl2 forum!

Yeah, I thought that too, but in the summer, students were off for a long break-they had more free time to come to here.
So, wait a while 'til summer vacation and more people will come.

Reak - Agreed, the only thing i don't like about the forums is the whining (see this thread) and the occasional biggots who'll make a thread just to get into an argument. I do think it's gone downhill a little since it started but not more than it should have done. This is HL2.net - where's our HL2?

Ya like everyone has already said there just isn't any HL2 news right now and thats what the problem really is. Just wait for a new release date to be announced and things will pick up again.

Think about how active this forum is...then think about how active Hl2 is. Considering those two factors i'd say we are doing pretty well. Practically nothing about Hl2 for a long time and yet the forum lives on.

I think valve have left it too long, and we have speculated so much in that time ,, well as you can see, in the storyline disscusion, were slowley figuring it all out, from who the combine are, to where this is all taking place, now we just have the game to wait for, but thats good enough for me :bounce:
