HL2.net member games?

Would anyone be interested in organised match times for HL2.net members? I know we have community servers but no-one seems to be on them recently...

I vaguely remember something like this in the past, but as far as I am aware there is nothing like it at the moment.

So, anyone interested?

I'm interested but some of you (Unfocused, and Ennui and the likes) have already played a bit together with people like me (From the Halflife2.net|Clan) But if you mean on the actual Halflife2.net servers then yeah they are a bit empty. But that's because they're also a bit laggy.

Having said that I wouldn't mind coming on at a set time and owning the hell out of all y'all.

Yeah, I used to play on the HL2.net clan server a lot.

Now that you mention it, the b33f servers are laggy when nearly full.

The ideal would be to get loads of us together at one time for a mass game, (hl2.net clan vs. hl2.net rabble anyone? :E) but lag would quickly become a problem unless we crashed someone elses server...

I guess I could organise something unofficial (just a matter of suggesting time/server), but everyone knows how embarrasing it is to organise a party where no-one shows up.

Neither me nor immy are in the clan anymore. I would tell you why openly, but it might not reflect well on the rest of the clan. So PM me if you want to know.

Anyways, we have 4 volunteers. To get the ball rolling, throw out some times/days that would be acceptable. Make sure to specify GMT or PST.

Ok, How about Being accused of Cheating from Not only regulars who visited the server of the clan you were in, but about 8 members of said clan?

Oh and I got accused today aswell by a member of TG (A clan I have posted an application for).
And the other day on said server by random american idiots...
But yeah... It's all Good. You sound like my kind of guy Q_on

Jabber: I'm available from about 1pm to 12pm GMT pretty much every day. The servers I play on most are my ex-clan server (IP: 195.149.21.213:27015) and currently the TG server (Just because I have a couple of mates on there who are in TG clan and are cool). IP for that is (82.136.37.140:27015)
Feel free to come on at any time and tell me what's what.

All the 6 people that want to can come to the clan server. That's also almost always empty all the time.

I am in, but i live in the US, so depending on where the server is i may get lagged out.

anytime from 1-8pm PST (US) Is ok for me.

Great, we have an invite to crash the hl2.net clan server! Always good news.

People seem pretty receptive to the idea, so i'll try and think up a time that suits GMT, EST and PST (oh god...) and see who's interested once we have a defined time. I'd like to have more than 7 people, I hate standing out when i'm getting owned... :E

Maybe one of the mods could help publicise, or I could at least post the thread in a more often-visited section. Oh well, bed-time for now.
