HL2: No sounds! People do not talk! Gman went mute!

So this new problem/bug appeared in half life 2.

It had been awhile since i played original half life 2 so I decided i'd go for it again, but when i started the game, it ran in a window (weird, it was set to fullscreen) and there was NO SOUND at all!
But the weirdest is, at the gman speech, his head moves and so do his eyes, but his lips remain closed, same goes for people in the trains and breen on the big screen at the trainstation, does anyone have that bug???

Done, nothing was wrong. But I still have no sound.

Hmm. I think someone else had this problem... have a look in the surrounding threads. Might be some sort of crappy mobo problem... but you were able to play before, right?

Check on your soundcard, update drivers?
