Does anyone know any tweaks to make hl2 run a little quicker?
I use the (can't recall the exact command) "-memstack 510000" parameter because it sped up counter strike, but i'm not really sure if it applies to HL2 or not.
Like in Doom3, I extracted all the files from the .cabs (or whatever) and that sped it up a lot, because it wasn't trying to decompress those files in-game.
Anybody know of any tweaks yet?
