I preBOUGHT hl2 and right now the reciept just says hl2 and I want platinum with dvd or whatever other cool stuff comes with cause hl2 is the best most anticipated game ever for me so I want the collecters/platinum type dealy

He means that he allready have pre-ordered HL2 thru internet and he didnt want just the HL2 he wanted the HL2 game with DVD or that special edition pack instead. Sorry if im wrong alb1221.

You just have to explain to them that you have heard some new news regarding a DVD version of HL2 and I want that one instead. Say you will pay any extra charge for the Special Edition.

Simple

If they say no start to fight and say "I want to speak to the manager. If he doesn't do anything I want to talk to the big boss dood".

But I'm sure it won't come to that.

He's preordered it MadGuy, on Sep30th it'll be on his doorstep or he'll pick it up from the shop.

And the special edition pack hasn't been officially announced yet so you'll have to wait until it is before you preorder that.
