HL2 Unlocking - Restart or no?

Hey all!

I haven't seen any info here yet, so I thought I would see if anyone knows if we will need to restart steam or if it will just unlock at the correct time?

I was wondering the same thing, but im guessing you will have to restart steam.

Personally Im guessing seeing as you double click hl2 and it gives you a message saying its locked - that it checks the time and displays that message.

Surely when it unlocks that property screen just unlocks it and then you click play.

I cant remember how it worked for css
