could anyone send me the wav files of breencast and other npcs?

its because i want to change my game's language.

i really want to hear breencast in english.

There is a program you can download to get at them. I think it's cgf extrator or something.

Another way could be to buy the English version of the game.. if you downloaded it from Steam, maybe try deleting the HL2 files and download again with English settings?

Hmm, wouldn't changing steam to english, then redownloading hl2 work? since it would detect steam is in English, and download the coorisponding...?

He wouldn't even need to change the language to english. The english sounds come standard in the GCF's and additional gcf are downloaded for different languages.

It automatically changes and downloads the localized sounds and files when you switch languages and restart steam.
