HL2 ? where is Gina?

Ok , anyone knows what happened to gina, and what will happen to gina, i hope shell appear in hl2 (i know its unlikely)

The only female I remember from Half-Life is the holographic woman in the training level, assuming Gina is a woman. Otherwise, someone please explain to me who this person is. Thanks.

Gina appeared as a player model in multiplayer, as the hologram and turned up in a few mods I think

In that case, as far as I know, there won't be a Gina. I have heard that in the training level you start out with a woman, Eli, and Aylx.

Gina and another female, both wearing HEVs, were player characters in HL: Decay for the PS2. It is counted as an official part of the story line, as we later saw some of the characters from it in Blue Shift. In Blue Shift, you can see Gina (or maybe it's the other one) transporting the Xen crystal sample (that Gordon recieves) on a video monitor.

Was Gina origionally designed to be another worker or Gordon's wife or something? But then they changed the story, so she was just left as a mp model and training course instructor??

I never played Decay, i didnt knew it was official part of the story, since i have no xbox (or is ti ps2?) , anyways i wanna know whats the story and give me every spoilers since im never gonna play... PLZ:dork:
