HL2EP2 before-menu crash

I loaded Half Life Episode 2 and I could see the background of the meun and note that the text hadn't come out just yet. And then it suddenly turned into a blue screen for barely 2 seconds and the my computer restarted itself. It has been the 6th time that my computer crashes. Any comment? Need help~!

Windows XP Shut Down and Automatic Reboot Problems

What is the reason it gives you? I assume you're having driver problems. Have you updated them recently? What are your hardware specs?

That looks like an Nvidia driver issue. Have you updated the drivers for your graphics card? Also you don't happen to have a Geforce 6XXX card?

Mine is NVIDIA GeForce Go 6200 for laptop. You mean I need to download the latest driver?

Yes you'll need the latest drivers as there was a bug with the older versions that caused this issue with many games. Go to Nvidia's site and downloads the latest notebook drivers for the 6 series.
