hldsupdatetool.exe - dedicated server?

Hello - I was wondering if anyone knows if the HL2 dedicated server has been released yet for download via hldsupdatetool.exe... also, if it has, what is the game name to put on the command line? (i.e. cstrike, "counter-strike source", tfc, etc).

Any news on this matter would be appreciated!
