Hm. Help with Coh GOTY and OF?

okay, so I bought coh when it first came out ages ago, i installed it cuz i wanted to play it, alright all good, then I went out and bought GOTY and OF, now, it can't install either because of 'bsSndRpt' what the hell is that? it kinda sucks they wont even install, because my computer can handle the game well, does anyone know what i should do? if it helps, I'm running windows 7. I just want to play my game
i tried installing it on a external drive, then copying it over, it worked i opened it up, but i cant create a relic online account because it's shaded out?! :|

Is this the Steam version or retail disc? Relic games have a slight history of conflicting installation problems when installing onto Steam through a disc. Dawn Of War 2 case in point. Steam wouldnt recognise the installation and some lines of text had to be edited to stop Steam's installation coding.

Personally I would head over to the Relic forums. They are extremely quick with reponses.

Most of the time you get a Relic official responding as well, so they'll know what they're talking about.

Or Google 'Company of Heroes bsSndRpt' and see what comes up.
