2.26ghz 512mb ram pentium4 9800pro 400core 366memory, settings are no vsinc, 1024x800 no aa no af reflect world, direct 8x(on purpose) direct9xc omega driver catalist 4.8 windows xp home edition, and i get 75 average on the test, does that seem normal?

Seems you're right on par. I'm running a 3200+ Athlon64 with a gig of PC4400 DDR and a 9800pro. I get about 95fps on the HL2 bench, 1024x768, max graphics, and no AA or AF.

Hmm, it seems like you're above normal..or i'm below normal. I have the almost exact same specs as you, but I have a 2.4 ghz processor and I get 30 fps on the benchmark test.
