OK, everyone assumes you know whats going on. But your task is to find out.
most people seem to be operating on the assumption that it will be laid out and told to you. Somehow, I don't get that feeling.
I think all the hints we need to peice together the story are there, just scattered and hidden. a moniter here that shows you something, etc...
I think Valve will reward us for careful replays.
