Ok... now.. from what i know.. (which isnt much..) HL2 is schedualed to be shipped September 30th, correct? well, if thats the case, how come it seems as if it's nowhere near release date? i havent seen one sign in a game store or that many previews in a game magazine, wtf is up this this? please update me as of what is currently known with the release of HL2.
 
The release date is still September 30th, as far as we know.

It's actually going to be released November 15th, 2008, and renamed Half-Life 3. They decided that they are going to pull a George Lucas and do them in non-numerical order. :)

What do you expect to see in the previews? Valve have kept almost everything a secret and it will stay that way until the game has been released.
 
dude i would seriously recommend reading around first before posting questions about the release date, otherwise you could be in trouble with some moderators and flamed to death by the people. just letting you know cause ive seen people get demolished like this

i tried deleting the thread myself but i guess they dont want you to do that so you got caught in a situation like this where you dont search the forums and only came here to ask a quick question.

There's several characters around here that are due for a good mp spanking, this should be fun! I've never known an online community before playing a mp game - hopefully we'll all be running in to each other online, that's gonna be too cool. See ya there!
 
Speaking of that, I'll be playing as the alias EC. If there is some sort of thing that lets you search for players, then stop by and say Hi to me.
