Just wondering what everyones favourite holiday is. By that I dont mean July 4th or whatever, I mean whats the best destination you've been to?

Mine without a doubt has to be Italy. I went to Pisa, Florence and Rome and got totally hooked. It helped that I totally dig renaissance art such as michelangelo's work.

Anyhoo, heres a couple of pictures I took while I was there.

I clicked that first picture and bagan tearing. Anyway I like Christmas. I don't know what David has to do with Christmas, though.

Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. I like it out there; it's nice and calm and the scenery is really pretty. I went last fall with my geography class; we flew to Salt Lake City and went by bus through Jackson Hole and Kemmerer and West Yellowstone. (West Yellowstone is a fun little town to run around too...) I guess maybe it was more fun since I'm used to living in a city, so it was neat to go through a bunch of little towns.

on topic: best holiday i went on was to the sinai region in egypt with a group of mates from uni. it was all inclusive so it was - wake up, stumble to the bar, the waiter's knew what you wanted and just kept em coming. there was a little beach there that had real white sand, it hit 50 degrees by about 9am, buffet was on 24 hours, and the site seeing was awesome. can't wait to go again.

EDIT: forgot to mention, i became mini golf king on that holiday...ahh bliss :thumbs:
 
Mmmmm, geyser smell...

I think the trip I've enjoyed most was one to New York City.

Eh, sorry I didn't read the post. Why didn't you say vacation then? :rolleyes: Anyway I loved going to Las Vegas! :D

We don't have holidays - we have... erm... occasions? That's where we fall short.
