Best. News. Ever.

I can't tell you how many hours I spent playing this over and over and over. One of the most fun and most original games ever. I can't even believe how cool this is. Is anyone else as pumped as I am???

I would have been happy with a DS remake like Contra 4 or Castlevania on the PSP, but this is just plain crazy! I just hope the original game is unlockable in there somewhere.

I love games like that. Games that let you leap/fly/swing through sprawling areas, that give you that sensation of speed and freedom that you only get when you're flying in dreams. I really wish they'd do more stuff like that.

Holy shit. I just found out one of my professors was the lead engineer on Bionic Commando!!! How ****ing awesome is that. We spent 15 mins talking about what he did on the project and all of the cool technical things they did in the game (1,024 colors and such even though the hardware internally was spec'ed to have 52 Talked about the hardware tricks and all that they did to display that many colors.

The gunplay and use of physics doesn't look like anything incredibly innovative, but goddamn if I'm not hyped for even the swinging alone.
