Nothing out of no where is working. None of my passwords or logins for anything. Anyone ever have a problem like this?

If you are talking about login into your PC and not internet sites then check for virus etc.
You might be able to log into the account actually named "Administrator". Does your normal account have administrator rights? Virus' like to run with full admin access. :x

No viruses that i know of. Called bank already. Submit a problem to paypal. Thats how it got stolen.

The person also stole my steam account and messaged me on my other account saying i was "owned"

The money was taken out on the 3rd.

You should go to spywarewarrior.com and submit a HijackThis log: Ain't no use trying to undo the damage if more can occur when you're done. In other words, you might have a keylogger/whatever installed.
