I was wondering if people here listen to this band. They are absolutely fantastic and i would not consider them very mainstream. As you all probably know, they are a true indie alternative style band. I absolutely love their style of music, as it sounds really epic and has alot of incredible synthesizer and keyboard riffs with some hard rock. The only band ive heard that sounds like them is the rasmus

There are so many great tracks from them like running away, the reason, dissapear, lucky, born to lead, the first of me, if i were you, let it out, better.. etc. However, I have never ever seen a single half-life 2 nettian talk about this band, if not mention it at all thus far. The radio and bullshit mtv don't seem to like them very much due to their musical style though, nevertheless i personally think they rock.

So do you dig them?

Bah, I liked "The Reason" back when it came out about 4 years ago.

I wouldn't describe it as an indie band, but instead, a mainstream alt. rock band.

I've only heard that one song by them that would play all the time on TV. I hated it.

Only two songs I know from Hoobastank are "The Reason" and "Without A Fight".

To be fair, I really did like Without a Fight.

To me they are simply the epitome of generic. Catchy, yes, but incredibly mainstream. However, I did get 9500 points on Singstar with The Reason, so I can't dislike them that much.

they're alright, only got one of their songs... "Connected" pretty good
