how is it that i can host halo servers perfectly fine and people can join with the lan ip 192.168.0.108 but with counter-strike:source dedicated it has the same ip but no one can join??
Port forwarding. I'm sure I have it set correctly on my router...it forwards the group of ports for steam to my internal IP (192.168.0.5 - static IP for me) and my friend's can't join. I've done it once before but now it won't work, must have a setting wrong.
