Are those black lines its lashes? Also, the houndeye's mouth is on the underside of its body, but otherwise it's nice. I like it.

Lovely. Those "lashes" are really nice touch, they were also featured on artworks for both HL1 and HL2.

With a nice action packed background, the overall effect would be great, but as it is, although not at all bad, it's a bit plain!
