can anyone tell me what episode is the one i caught just a part of today?

all i saw was House taking control of a surgical machine which cut a guy from his belly up to his chest then his heart stopped and it went to commercial....anyone?

House gets shot, then is trapped in a dream for the remainder of the episode. The belly cutting was a maneuver House tried so that he could wake up. (He wasn't too sure it really was a dream)
