How are people getting other maps??

I just logged on CS source and I went to find servers and it struck me that there are some new maps...like iceworld source and some others. When I try to connect...It says I don't have the map and disconnects. Does anyone have these maps?? Where do you get them from?? Thanks.

it is made by the hl2 beta hammer, but the thing is, people conplain that stuff like water sux, then the answer is, its leaked, so it has bugs, and it is a year old, idiots
