How can i get the model of a saw blade?

My friend has a map that has saw blades in it, and we wanted to use some in our map...but we cant seem to find it anywhere in the models folder...are they in there, but named something strange, or do they not exist, and we have to get them from some other place? Any responses would be appreciated.

BTW- this is talking about a HL2DM map...
