How can people change their names??

IMO people should not be able to change names, unless they are under extreme circumstances, like badgers. I dunno why fenric and craigweb changed names, but it just confuses people.

I didn't know craigweb changed name to Benson, I thought that he was a new member. So I don't think that the mods should change peoples names.

a) the mods don't change people's names, admin does

b) you need a good reason to change it, clan names and silly stuff wont be allowed

c) you can't change it if your found to be doing it to purposely cause trouble or confusion

d) I changed mine cause I wanted to, I gave a good enough reason and had it changed. Not my fault you don't like it.

E!) no you can't change your title before anyone starts asking about that again

Something another forum I visit has done was making a thread where people could request a name change, and the admins would just change them when they had the time. Having the thread also helped prevent confusion since anyone could see someone's name change request.
