How come all entities are black or multicoloured?

I yet having another problem, all entities, weapons, NPC's, even props are either black or multicoloured. I'm just wonderin if im supposed to do somethin with them to make them more stable.
I've provided a screenshot to help you understand my problem.

Oh yeah by the way you can pick up and use Alyx's gun
