How come Poser & Model viewer aren't working on my system?

Hammer Editor works fine, but Model Viewer and Face Poser give me error messages when I launch them. This has happened since I downloaded Source SDK and so far I haven't been able to get them to work. I have clicked on "Refresh SDK content" but this hasn't solved the problem. Any ideas?

One of error messages says "hlfaceposer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". and the other one says: "hlmv.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close".

Aight this happened to me. Was it when you went to open up a model? If so then this is how I fixed mine. Just change your configuration to CS source and open them up open up a model. Exit the program and change back to halflife 2 it should work now it worked for me!

I am not sure about that. The problem occurs when I load the program, not the models...
