How do I create another account for Half Life 2

I have the problem where it says memory could not be read at loading screen someone said in a post that if u make another account and try it might work.
But the problem is i cant figure out how to make another one.
Please help.

I beilieve they meant make a new Windows XP account.

The only way I can think of making another HL2 account is buying another copy of HL2.

he means that it says that at the beggining of the hl2 loading screen right well there are many other threads about this just do a search
