how do i fix my console?

how do i fix so i can se the console...it wont work when push the console button:/ help me please i know you want to

options ---> keyboard ---> advanced ---> enable dev console
or
-console at the end of the cmd line
or
search the forums or ask someone in game

yea i have enabled it but when i press it,dosent work anyone feeling of helping me ??

My guess is that you don't have an english keyboard layout?

Make a textfile with this name: autoexec.cfg and save it in ...\SteamApps\yourUsername\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg\

in the .cfg file you write this line: bind "whatever key you want" "toggleconsole"

Run HL2.
