I think that should be flooded with water from the valve in the previous room. Then just look down.

dunno how u managed to get there!! pliling up barrels or summin, go back through the big pipe, clilmb the ladder, go then (facing the ladder) there is a room directly behind you, go through there and there is a valve that u need to turn to flood it, then go back and hit the wood (below u on ur pic) and the jump on a bit and then jump on to the far wall

Once that area is flooded, dive to the bottomand use your crowbar to break the planks, which will release two huge wooden wire spools and some crates. You can jump on these to get across, but as mentioned above, this room needs to be flooded by using the wheel valve as described above.

lol dumbass, used a noclip and now he has problems completing the mission.
next time follow the game, and dont cheat, cause you missed on vital part, cause there is no way in hell you could get there without cheating.

i dont know there were a whole lot of explosive barrels in that room if he didnt blow them he could have stacked them and got up there. Besides with no clip he would have no problem with continueing. maybe you should think before you post.

I got there by stacking up the barrels then going through the tennel then climbed up the ladder no cheats I didnt know there was any yet, I got accross anyway. ;-)
