how do I get CS:S with my ATI bundled HL2 cd-key?

Sorry, I'm a total noob to Steam. I got the ATI/HL2 bundled CD Key. I read elsewhere on this site that "in the next few days" there was going to be someplace in the Steam interface to input my CD Key. Well, that post was made in July. I assume the upgrade must have happened by now. So where I put my cd key? Please help. I wanna get in on the CS:S fun.

Just make a new account.
