How Do I load models for Characters/Ragdolls/Players?

Phew. That is quite a question :p
So what do you want to do? Put certain models ingame in Half-Life 2? CSS? HL2DM? If you want to change a model, you will need to make sure it also has the correct animations (if the new model is really different from the original one). Now, if you are trying to get a SKIN (another look for the model, not a new model) ingame, that's a whole other thing. Which one are you trying to do?

I wouldn't mind if you told me about replacing models and this skin you talk about, please tell me. But thanks for replying

Well, if you're looking for replacement models themselves, Google it (link) or go to http://halflife2.filefront.com/ for model packs. They'll explain to you how to put the models ingame (I'm afraid I don't know it myself exactly).

If you're planning on making models themselves, that's a whole other thing (and much harder). Have a look at the Valve Wiki (link) if you're interested in that.

Skins are actually just the textures on the models. They're also pretty simple to make and replace. For making them, again refer to the Valve Wiki: link.
For replacement skins for certain models, FPSbanana.com and csnation.net are good sites for CSS, while http://halflife2.filefront.com/ have skin packs for pretty much everything. Hope this helps :)

I did what you said, but nothing happened, and does anyone know how to replace Character/Player Models?

What you are saying makes no sense.

You're going to have to do a lot of h4x0r wirejobbing in order to replace character/player models; as Beerdude said, instructions are in the links.

SpongicX - aren't you the guy that wants to play as Sonic?
