I think you may have to drag the text file into the "internet" first maybe? If that doesn't work then try readjusting the position of the computer box so your internet "port" can obtain a better signal from the browser. Hope that helps.

HTML Is a WebPage Programming Code. I used to do some. Its pretty easy/fast to learn. if u want to learn it go to www.google.com -- html tutorials helped me a lot
