How Do I Put Music On My 360?

I hooked up an MP3 player, but it won't let me take the music from that and put it on my 360, it lets me play the music, but not save it so I can listen to it without having the MP3 player there.. I also have no internet for it, so it's never been updated. I ALSO have no option to 'rip from disc' like I've read while searching google..

Maybe you do need an update? I'm sure you can download something off Xbox.com and burn it to a disc to do an update.

Do you have a hard drive? :|

Maybe the disk has some protection on it? I get the option to rip from disk on any CD though...

I didn't have a disc in, it was an MP3 player..

Well if you put a disc in, you'll get the rip from disc option. There is no way to copy mp3s from USB devices onto the 360.
