How do I remove the hud without removing kills

Jesus F'ing christ I have been trying to make a CS movie for a week now but all the hud removal sprites available don't work in source.

All I want to do is remove all of the hud except the deaths.

I'd like to keep the scoreboard but thats a moot point.

can anyone help me or what? This is insane that everywhere I go noone has a clue as to doing this in source?

Is it just that the sprites crash it out or does it display the original ones? Or do they just looked f***ed?

My point being that if they display the original you probably got them in the wrong place.

Apart from that, don't realy know soz
