yeah um, how do i save? i know its probably a stupid question, but i purchased hl2 and cs:s over steam and when i hit the ~ button, it doesnt bring up a console for me to save in. so how do i save my progress?

press escape and select 'save', or press F5 (i think)

But seriously you guys are being stupid, and the guy who posted this thread is being stupider. Look you see that button in the top left corner of your keyboard. The one with Esc on it? Esc is short for escape. Now push it and it will open the menu. If you can't figure it out from here you are too stupid to funtion in society and should read below
