How do i select one surface on brush_

It says:

only put texture on one surface, the back surface should still be nodraw.

How do i do this?

only put texture on one surface, the back surface should still be nodraw.

How do i do this?

go to the surfacing tools (just click the icon above the one you use to surface an entire selection in one go) that then lets you select a single surface, just fiddle with the options, lets you apply when you click a surface, or select the texture or just select the surface. Goes red when you do it.
