How do I update my BIOS and MOBO drivers?

I bought my computer totally premade and I really just cannot figure out what kind of motherboard is in there. Also, what do I do to update my BIOS? Like what kind of info do I need to know and where do I go/what do I do to update it?

Use this program: Everest Home Edition. It basicly gives you all the indepth specs of your computer without you having to open it up and read the lables.

It also gives you your bios info and gives you websites where you can download bios.
