How do you check your stats?

I know you can check you damage stats when you get killed or at the end of a round, but, is there a way of checking your overall stats i.e.
Games played
Kills/Deaths
Headshot

Anyone know of anywhere you can check?
or can this only happen on a STATS server?

After getting shot or shooting others, open the console and it will say something along the lines of

----------------------------
Damage Taken from Blah: 21 in 1 Hit.
Damage Given to Blah: 132 in 4 Hits.
----------------------------
