How do you enable the console

I have it enabled in options but when I press ~ nothing happens.

You have to go into options>keyboard>advanced.

did you read his post at all ? he has already set it on in options..

tomo13: try adding one of the following in your config.cfg. I have both lines in the cfg. Try that first. Good luck.

bind "\" "toggleconsole"
bind "`" "toggleconsole"
