Use www.onfinite.com its completely free and very easy to use.

To expand on that, he means; host the pic there, then use (IMG) tags to display the pic.

eg, (IMG)w ww.my picture.com/picture.jpg(/IMG)

I think that should do it (use square brackets)

EDIT: or, you could attach it, use the "manage attachments" button when making a new post/thread, its near the bottom
