How do you insert screen shots in messages?

When I click on the insert image button it brings up the "Exporer User Prompt" which says:

Script prompt:
Enter the text to be formatted

If I enter the path and file name in that this is what happens:

I think I just figured it out, let me try

Whoa, whoa. Back a step. Putting all those paths into the

 

[Dumb Dude]

Yeah, you're not supposed to put the file path from your computer. It doesn't work like that. You need to upload them like the above poster said.
