How do you make a parasite rocket???

How do you make a parasite rocket???

Anyone knows??? :(
 
Use the env_headcrabcannister entity and flag to land at its initial location. Make a trigger and in the I/O tabs target the cannister then set it to firecannister on trigger.
 
I did that and teh cannister stayed in the skybox.
 
An example map is probably the best way to explain how it works.
 
How would you make the headcrabs actually attack you? Once spawned, they just hangout and die with one shot.
 
The reason it isnt working is because you put the cannister in the skybox, not the map...

Try placing info_nodes around the map. That cures alot of enemy AI issues. (Navigating halls, etc) I don't know how well headcrabs respond to info_nodes, but those fast zombies work 10x better with them. (As does anything else.)

[Edit] - Just thought of something. Combine have a flag that says "efficiant", which makes them not aquire enemies or anything. Do the headcrabs have an equivalant- if they do- is it ticked? Just curious.
