How do you play Half-Life Mods with Steam?

I recently felt like going old-school and want to install a bunch of Half-Life mods. I just downloaded one (Half-Life Visitors, FYI), and am wondering just how to play it. I read the readme, and it says to "start the game in the 'THIRD PARTY GAMES' category".
How do you do that? The Visitors game didn't appear in my steam Games menu, and when I launch Half-Life I don't see any clues to play it. Any advice?

Whats wrong is steam. Another reason why I hate steam and want won to come back.

I tried to answer this earlier but the forums were turned off in the middle of posting!

Check the installation instructions. It shoudl just be a case of placing it in a certain directory within Steam (under half-life somewhere).

Make sure you've restarted Steam and everything is up to date as well.
