How does Newegg work?

I have a simple question. You know how on Newegg when you buy a specific item they have combo special. How does that work? Like say for instant I buy a Psu and it says I get a free shirt, and then I buy a CPU and it says I get a free pen. Will I be able to get a shirt and pen or just one of the two? thanks
