you should read through the comments here ...there's more than a few peeps who talk about the industry ..CliffyB (I think he's from epic?) even responds ...there's quite a few concept artists who respond ..some of their work is just fanatastic

For helpfull tips on developing games go here, and read millers blog and also pay attention to his links. Especially this one

Oh yeah and the insert hyperlink doesn't work correctly for me, I have to manually insert the word I want to use what will replace the link. And the hyperlinks should be more clearly visable.

cliffyb is from epic yes... epic games which is based about 15 minutes from where I live. they're hiring level designers right now, as well... if they do this again in exactly two years I'll be ready to apply.
