How I Restart Steam

When i try to connect to a server in counter stike it says my account has expired and i have to re enter password i did that and it says login failed i played counter strike source before and it was working fine.
Dark8Master89 said that if i restart steam itll be fine.
SO how do i restart steam?


Also can someone tell me what half life 1 is about finished the second one with no idea wat was going on really.

Restarting just means quitting the program fully (so that the icon doesn't show in your system tray) and then starting it again.

Also, PLAY THE FREAKIN' GAME. Just play it, ffs.
