where do i go in sissara to access what my cpu temperature is and also whats a good temp for a cpu to run at?

You could go to mainboard. Should display case/cpu temps as well as FSB speed and other useful information.
Anything below 40C is great!
40C I would say is a low average for idle.
50's would be OK and is usually seen with Retail heatsink/fans
If they get to 60's I would evaluate your cooling situation even though it may be OK.

when i play games it goes to 49c with my volcano 11+ fan, so in other words My temp is ok?

Link anywhere? I'd like to be able to see what my computer is running at maxing the CoD demo.

I'm not even sure what kind of motherboard I have :|. I'd like to, but thats just me :bounce:

Is your computer storebought? If so, what brand/model is it?
Also, on bootup, you should be able to see what mobo you have via the BIOS.

Though alot of storebought computers have bootlogos which override the BIOS on bootup, try hitting delete a buncha times when you turn your computer on (might get you into the BIOS menu so you can see, delete is usually universal in my experience)
